Remembering the Beautiful Life of Jaclyn Ann Kosmicki

With profound sadness, the community of Schaumburg, Illinois, grieves the loss of Jaclyn Ann Kosmicki, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 38. A Devoted Wife, Mother, and Daughter

Jaclyn’s greatest joy was found in the love of her family. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Raymond “Ray” Kosmicki, and their two sons, R. J. and Jimmy, who were the light of her life. She poured her heart into creating a home filled with warmth, encouragement, and unconditional love. To her children, she was a guiding star, always present with a listening ear, a gentle embrace, and words of wisdom.

Her devotion extended to her parents, siblings, and extended family, all of whom recall her unwavering loyalty and endless capacity to care for others. Jaclyn’s life was defined by her ability to bring people together, to celebrate even the smallest of joys, and to remind those around her of the importance of love and togetherness.

Honoring Her Legacy and Faith

Family, friends, and community members will gather to honor Jaclyn’s memory with a visitation on October 5th from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A Mass of Christian burial will follow on October 6th at St. Gregory of Nyssa Parish, where loved ones will celebrate her faith, her spirit, and her everlasting impact on their lives.

While her passing brings immeasurable grief, those who knew Jaclyn take comfort in the countless moments of love and joy she gave so freely. Her laughter, her encouragement, and her compassion will continue to echo in the lives she touched. As her family and friends come together to say goodbye, they also celebrate the incredible woman she was—a woman who lived with faith, kindness, and devotion at the core of everything she did.
