Spencer’s passing has left family, friends, patients, and neighbors deeply saddened, yet united in honoring a life that was filled with compassion, dedication, and service.

His gentle nature and steadfast commitment to those around him earned him a place not only in his patients’ lives but also in the hearts of his community. As a chiropractor, Spencer dedicated his career to healing and improving the lives of countless individuals. The family invites all who knew Spencer to join in remembering his life and celebrating his legacy at a memorial service on September 27th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Galesville Memorial Hall. This gathering will be an opportunity to share memories, reflect on his life, and find comfort in community during this difficult time.

Though Spencer has departed this world, his spirit lives on in the lives of his family, in the many patients he helped, and in the community he so deeply cared for.
